Who we are
Fabulous Classroom is run by Marcy Turner. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Marcy Turner. "You" means the person who buys or uses a membership.

What a membership is
A membership gives you access to the teaching resources in the Fabulous Classroom member library for as long as your membership is active.
We may add, update or remove resources over time.
Your account
You must be 18 or older to buy a membership.
One membership is for one teacher. Keep your login private. Do not share it.
How you may use the resources
Everything in the member library is the property of Fabulous Classroom and is licensed to you only for classroom and personal use as a single user. Marcy Turner retains the copyright and reserves all rights to every resource.
You may:
- Use free and member items for your own classroom students, or your own personal use.
- Edit the files marked as editable (such as the PowerPoint and Google Slides files) to fit your own classroom. Keep Marcy Turner's name and copyright on them.
- Reference a resource in blog posts, professional development, workshops, or other such venues, ONLY if both credit is given to Marcy Turner as the author and a link back to FabulousClassroom.com is included.
You may not:
- Claim this work as your own, remove copyright or watermarks, or change the files in any way other than the editing allowed above.
- Sell the files or combine them into another unit for sale or for free.
- Post any file for sale or for free elsewhere on the internet (this includes Google Doc links on blogs).
- Make copies of member items to share with others. This is strictly forbidden and is a violation of these terms and of copyright law.
A school or team that wants access for more than one teacher needs one membership per teacher.
Thank you for abiding by universally accepted codes of professional ethics while using these resources.
Billing
A membership renews on its own every month, every 3 months or every year, depending on the plan you pick, until you cancel.
The price and how often you are billed are shown at checkout before you pay.
We charge the payment method you gave at checkout at the start of each billing period.
The 7-Day Trial costs $1 for the first 7 days. After the 7 days, your membership renews every month at $19 until you cancel. If you cancel before the 7 days end, you are not charged the $19. The price and billing dates are shown at checkout before you pay.
How to cancel
You can cancel anytime. Log in, open your account settings and cancel there, or email us and we will do it for you.
When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the time you already paid for. You are not charged again.
Files you already downloaded stay with you. You may keep using them with your own students after you cancel, under the same rules as above. When your access ends, you can no longer log in to the library or download more files.
Refunds
The resources are digital and you can open them right away, so payments are not refunded. If something went wrong with your order, email help@fabulousclassroom.com and we will make it right.
Price changes
We may change the price for new members at any time.
If we change the price you pay, we will email you before your next payment so you can decide to stay or cancel.
Who owns the resources
Everything in the member library belongs to Marcy Turner and is protected by copyright law. Your membership lets you use the resources. It does not make you the owner of them.
No promises about results
We work hard to make every resource correct and useful. We give them to you as they are.
We cannot promise any result for you or your students.
As far as the law allows, the most we can owe you for any claim is the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
When we may end a membership
We may end a membership that breaks these terms, for example by sharing a login or posting the files in public.
The law that applies
These terms follow the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new date at the top of this page. If a change is big, we will email our members.
